TThe Tokajská spoločnosť Viničky spol. s.r.o. company is mainly focused on the retail and wholesale of wine, the production of wine, the processing of grapes and grape juice, and its mission is to improve continuously the level of quality and the all-round satisfaction of customer expectations, needs and projected requirements. Our company's strategic vision is to create a company which is stable, capable of obtaining the awaited results in the long term, prosperity in the area of wine production, with customer needs and wishes as the main resource for the company's further development. In order to meet the above-mentioned targets, the company management binds itself to meet the following principles of quality policy:

Relation to our customer
The target for all our activities is always meeting customer requirements for product quality by 100%. By constantly improving all the processes within the company and by improving relations with cooperating partners, we want to achieve the ability to meet customer requirements, act following their desires and try to predict their future needs. The customer is the main evaluator of the quality of our activities. Our strategic task: "Everything for our customer".

Relation to our company and to the market
Our target is to maintain our current position on the market. All management processes are in accordance with valid legal, health, hygiene, safety and ecological requirements as set out by the Slovak Republic's valid legislation. The company provides necessary support to ensure the activities of all processes, as well as their measurement, monitoring and analysis in order to obtain the results planned and constant improvement.

Relation with employees
All of our employees are convinced of the importance of quality for the company's prosperity and are aware of their responsibilities and position in the QMS. Good-quality and responsible work is the guarantee for a company's success.

Relation with suppliers
All our suppliers are able to supply us precisely according to our needs and specifications. We try to work with suppliers who have a level of quality which is ensured in the same way.

Relation to the Quality System
To meet QMS requirements according to standard STN EN ISO 9001:2001. The company management binds itself to fulfil the quality policy as part of the company's philosophy leading to a continuing improvement in the QMS and a stable focus on satisfied customers.Our attitude towards our surroundings and the environment: we bind ourselves to improve the work environment in all our company's activities in a planned and purposeful manner. We want to maintain the environment and our surroundings at a level which will not only meet the requirements of regulations, but also the requirements of interest groups.
