About wine and health
Wine is a drink which best complements people's nutrition; it is recommended for the healthy and the ill. Many scientists have researched and still research wine. It has been found that wine contains several hundred different substances such as minerals, organic acids, amino acids, vitamins etc.

The vitamin content depends to a large extent on the grape variety, the climatic conditions and the method of processing. Some vitamins are partially reduced by fermentation since they are consumed by yeast. Wine is a very good source of vitamin P for the human organism; it prevents the oxidation of adrenalin, which deals with regulating the blood pressure in capillary arteries. Wine has an influence of people's state of health, especially cardio-vascular diseases.

When conducting research on a large group of people, American scientists discovered that drinking wine moderately and regularly reduces the risk of a heart attack by 30%. The acceptable daily dose of wine is 0.25 – 0.40 l. An excessive consumption of wine, however, causes health problems, in the same way as an excessive intake of sugar or salt, which are considered harmless foodstuffs.

Wine helps digestion and has a calming effect on the human organism. It seems that wine is most acceptable for people from a psychological as well as organic point of view. However, everything, including drinking wine, must be done with moderation.

Thousands of years of experience have shown that after work, people need a feeling of happiness, joy, contentment and relaxation, when they forget about their worries and stress. It has been found that a moderate consumption of wine is the best way of fulfilling this task.
